How to order with Hero sports goods

2. Send us your artwork and graphics to process for a artwork layout, if you dont have artwork, any idea of product is also OK, our designer can help you on it.
3. Approve artwork and make sample for you to check quality.
4. Mass production once payment received.
5. Photos before shipment
6. Tracking numbers provided for customer to track shipment.
How to return with Hero sports goods
1. We provide Custom products for all customer so we dont accept any returns except quality issue. All production will be strictly followed as customer request and confirmation.
2. If there is any quality issue or any mistakes on product, we provide replacement or discount till customer satisfied.
